Setting up a new FTP account:
The security of your files is as important to us as it is to you. Therefore, we do not accept anonymous FTP uploads. Please include a preferred username and password, your name, telephone number and your company name in an e-mail to briang@morganprinting.com to request a login to any of Morgan Printing’s FTP servers. Upon receipt of that information, our staff will create your login and notify you once it's ready for use. Helpful tips for successful file transfers: When uploading files, we've found certain criteria to be crucial for successful file transfers.

• First, we request that you compress your files with a standard utility such as Winzip for the PC, or Stuff-It for the Mac.
   
• If your job is greater than 100MB, we recommend that you compress the job in multiple smaller files rather than one large file. Then, if a problem occurs during the file transfer, it will be easier and faster for you to re-send just the file in question, rather than starting over with the entire job.
   
• Upon completion of the successful file transfer, please send an e-mail or call your customer service representative to let them know the files have been transferred.
